Working out of 2 factories and over 400,000 square feet north east of Quebec City in L’Islet, Quebec Amisco produces over million barstools per year.
Primary materials used in construction of Amisco barstools are metal, fabric and wood. A premium is placed on production quality which is why only high performance materials are used included North American sourced steel tubes and sheets. This raw metal is cut, perforated, folded, formed and welded on-site in Quebec by their amazing craftsman. The metals are all finished (in 10 great colour options) with electrostatic, lead free powder paint and meticulously applied for a durable and easy to clean finish.
Woodworking is primarily done in solid birch (6 beautiful colour options available) that is harvested in a sustainable environment to preserve our great North American natural resource. Finishes are all designed to enhance the beautiful wood characteristics.
And finally Amisco strives to source only high grade, well wearing cleanable fabrics and coverings. Many have prominent water repelling characteristics and are design to stand up to the rigours of everyday use.
