Design it together
Choose your wood, finish, fabric, and dimensions. Visit the showroom to see real samples and feel the fabrics, or work with us entirely by phone, email, and photos, the process is the same either way. Nothing is locked in until you say it's right.

We build it
Your order goes into production with our network of Canadian craftspeople. We'll keep you updated along the way.
Delivery and setup
When it's ready, we coordinate delivery directly with you. Local orders in BC get the full white-glove treatment - your furniture is placed and set up exactly where you want it.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Is requesting a quote a commitment?
Not at all. A quote request is the start of a conversation. There's no obligation to buy, and no pressure. We'll reply with information, pricing, and photos so you can decide at your own pace.
What is your "Built-to-Order" process?
We work closely with several Canadian manufacturers of quality solid wood home furnishings. We have the ability to order standardized items from their catalogs and have them built to your specifications. It’s easier then custom building and still allows you to create a completely unique look.
Choose from:
Wood: Eastern Rock Maple, Yellow Birch, Northern Red Oak, Alder, Knotty Pine and more. All farm grown and FSC Certified in North America
Stain: Natural wood tones to dark espresso and hickory finishes and everything in-between. Simply choosing the right stain can take a piece from traditional to modern and vice versa.
Hardware: Contemporary brushed nickel to antique black, solid wood and more, the easiest way to have any piece work in your decor.
Fabric: Hundreds of colours, patterns and textures to select from on dining chairs, accent chairs, sofas and beds.
Size: Many items are built in more than one size to accommodate all spaces.

Do I have to come into a showroom?
No. Local visits are always welcome, but the entire process from choosing your wood and finish to finalizing your order can be done remotely by phone, email, and photos. Many of our customers across Canada and the US never step foot in a showroom.
How long will it take?
Most custom pieces take approximately 8–12 weeks from the time your order is placed. Please note that all quoted delivery times are approximations only and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as timelines can be affected by factors beyond our control.
What if I'm not in BC?
No problem. We work with customers across Canada and the US. The design, quoting, and ordering process is handled entirely remotely, and we ship nationwide. Many of our happiest customers have never visited a showroom.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a minimum 50% deposit on all “Built-to-Order and factory orders. See our “Policies” for more details on deposits, returns and exchanges.
Will you come to my home to help me make selections?
Yes, we have sales staff who can come to your home to help get an idea of spaces and sizes and to help make recommendations. We also have a wonderful network of talented and amazing Interior Decorators that we would be happy to refer you to in order to pull together all your decisions.
